GRBL-Controller-Board v2.02

Das GRBL-Controller-Board V2.02 ist unsere aktualisierte Eigenentwicklung, auf dem ein Arduino UNO und das GRBL-Shield vereint wurden. Außerdem wurden noch einige zusätzliche Erweiterungen hinzugefügt! Das Board ist nun mit noch mehr SMD-Bausteinen ausgestattet, so dass hier weniger gelötet werden muss.

Das Board eignet sich hervorragend für die Steuerung einer Hobbyfräse und für andere Geräte, die eine XYZ-Steuerung benötigen wie z.B. Laser usw.

Hier ein paar Eckdaten des Boards:

Das Board kann mit der GRBL-Version 0.8, 0.9 oder 1.1 betrieben werden. Dazu sind Steckbrücken für den Tausch der Pin´s D11 und D12 vorhanden.

Weiterhin wurde auf dem Board auch gleich noch die PWM-Steuerung für einen DC-Motor als Fräsmotor realisiert. Hier können Motoren bis ca. 600W direkt angeschlossen werden! Es ist keine extra Steuerung dafür nötig. Die Motorsteuerung, wie auch die Steuerung für eine Kühlung sind direkt im G-Code aus dem Programm heraus möglich! Ein weiterer Anschluss für einen Lüfter ist vorhanden!

Das Board ist voll GRBL-kompatibel und extrem flexibel zu konfigurieren. So ist es z.B. möglich, dem 4.ten Kanal entweder einen eigenen Takt- und Richtungsimpuls (A-Kanal) zuzuweisen, oder die Impulse der Y-Achse zu clonen. Dieses ist alles flexibel mit Kodierbrücken einstellbar. Weiterhin sind alle Eingänge für Ende-Schalter oder E-Stop sowohl als active-high oder actve-low einstellbar. Auch eine Versorgungspannung für z.B. Näherungsschalter oder Hallsensoren ist vorhanden. Für die Konfiguration des Microsteppings stehen je Motor drei Kodierbrücken zur Verfügung.

Durch die Sockel besteht die Möglichkeit beliebige, steckbare Pololu kompatible Module aufzustecken. Dadurch kann jeder die Module seiner Wahl verwenden. Bei Defekt einer Endstufe muss nicht das komplette Board weggeworfen werden, sondern nur das defekte Modul getauscht werden. Die Module können auch gemischt verwendet werden. Mehr flexibilität geht nicht!

Das hier angebotene Board ist ein Set aus vorbestückter (SMD-Bauteile) Platine und allen Bauteilen, die für den vollständigen Aufbau des Boards nötig sind. Das Set ist aus Einzelteilen und muss noch zusammengelötet werden. (Lötarbeit ca. 30-45min.! Die Beschreibung für den Aufbau und auch die Treiber für den USB-Baustein stehen bei uns im WIKI)

Neu: Wir haben jetzt auch fertig gelötete Platinen in kleinen Stückzahlen am Lager. Bitte oben im Pulldown-Menu auswählen!

Achtung: Die abgebildeten Treiberbausteine sind nicht Bestandteil des Sets. Sie dienen nur der Darstellung, wie der Gesamtaufbau aussieht.

The GRBL-Controller-Board V2.02 is our updated in-house development, on which an Arduino UNO and the GRBL-Shield were combined. In addition some additional extensions have been added! The board is now equipped with even more SMD components, so that less soldering is required.

The board is ideal for controlling a hobby milling machine and other devices that require XYZ control, such as lasers, etc.

The board can be used with GRBL version 0.8, 0.9 or 1.1. There are jumpers for exchanging the Pin´s D11 and D12.

Furthermore, the PWM control for a DC motor as a milling motor was also implemented on the board. Here motors up to approx. 600W can be connected directly! No extra control is necessary. The motor control as well as the control for cooling are possible directly in G-Code from the program! Another connection for a fan is available!

The board is fully GRBL compatible and extremely flexible to configure. For example, it is possible to assign the 4th channel either its own clock and direction pulse (A channel) or to clone the pulses of the Y axis. This is all flexibly adjustable with coding bridges. Furthermore, all inputs for end switch or E-Stop can be set as active-high or actve-low. A supply voltage for e.g. proximity switches or Hall sensors is also available. For the configuration of microstepping, three coding bridges are available for each motor.

The sockets allow any pluggable Pololu-compatible modules to be plugged on. This allows anyone to use the modules of their choice. If a power amplifier is defective, it is not necessary to throw away the entire board, but only to replace the defective module. The modules can also be used in combination. More flexibility is not possible!

The board offered here is a set of preassembled (SMD-components) board and all components, which are necessary for the complete assembly of the board. The set is made of single parts and has to be soldered together. (Soldering work approx. 30-45min.! The description for the structure and also the drivers for the USB module can be found in our WIKI)
